Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the Oi-RAC Studio platform, WebGL viewport, automated Layered Clothing tools, or Roblox Open Cloud publishing bridge (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Merchant of Record & Billing

All financial transactions, payment collections, currency conversions, sales taxes, and value-added tax (VAT) compliance are exclusively conducted and facilitated by our authorized online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited (Judd House, 18-29 Mora Street, London, EC1V 8BT, United Kingdom) or its affiliated entities.

By submitting an order or initiating a subscription through Oi-RAC Studio, you authorize Paddle to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees, recurring subscription intervals, and statutory taxes. Paddle maintains primary responsibility for handling customer service inquiries, disputes, payment chargebacks, and refund issuance in accordance with our stated policies.

3. Intellectual Property & Generated 3D Avatars

Your Content: You retain full, sovereign ownership and copyright of all 2D concept art, custom textures, reference sketches, and intellectual property you input or synthesize within Oi-RAC Studio.

Generated 3D Assets: 3D meshes, UV maps, Roblox R15 rigs, cage deformations, and Luau script files synthesized by the Service are licensed to you with perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide commercial distribution rights. You are free to publish, sell, monetize, or package these assets within the Roblox UGC marketplace, independent games, or virtual worlds without royalty obligations to Oi-RAC Studio.

Anti-Counterfeit Protection: When enabled, the Service embeds Level-3 cryptographic HMAC watermarking into the avatar geometry to authenticate proof-of-authorship and safeguard creators against unauthorized mesh scraping.

4. Roblox Platform Compliance & Third-Party APIs

Oi-RAC Studio provides specialized compatibility with the Roblox platform and Roblox Open Cloud APIs. You agree to ensure that any content published via the Service strictly complies with the official Roblox Community Standards and Roblox Terms of Use. Oi-RAC Studio does not claim affiliation with or endorsement by Roblox Corporation.

5. Account Conditions & Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, reverse engineer proprietary geometry relaxation algorithms, transmit malicious payloads through the collaborative rooms, or generate content that infringes upon third-party trademarks, violates public decency, or facilitates illegal activity.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Oi-RAC Studio and its Merchant of Record disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Under no circumstances shall either party be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
