We stand behind the quality of Oi-RAC Studio. If you subscribe to Creator Pro or Studio Team and find that the platform does not meet your Roblox 3D avatar production requirements, you are eligible for a full, no-hassle refund within 14 days of your initial charge.
1. Eligibility Guidelines
To qualify for a refund under our 14-day guarantee:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original transaction timestamp.
- Applies to initial monthly or annual subscriptions for Creator Pro and Studio Team tiers.
- Free-tier accounts and promotional zero-cost access do not incur charges and therefore do not require refunds.
2. How to Request a Refund

Once approved, refunds are processed by Paddle back to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay). Depending on your banking institution, funds will reflect in your account within 3 to 5 business days.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel recurring subscription renewals at any time directly through your Creator Dashboard or the Paddle Customer Portal. Upon cancellation, you retain full unlocked access until the conclusion of your current billing cycle, with zero further charges.
5. Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to decline refund requests in clear cases of fraudulent activity, repeated chargeback abuse, or systematic mass downloading of commercial mesh bundles immediately prior to refund submission.
